1. Stay on the grounds of Parker Run Vineyards for your entire wedding day
- Get ready at The Brooder House
- Ceremony at the Grand Gazebo or Prairie Chapel
- Reception at The Big Red Barn
2. Choose your own licensed caterer
We don’t require you to cater from anyone in particular. We only require your chosen caterer to be licensed and handle all the food service.
3. Get free reign of the property for your wedding day portraits
Choose from our Grand Gazebo, patio overlooking the lake, the chapel or barn, or our vineyards or willow trees. No matter where you look, beauty awaits.
4. Host your rehearsal dinner on-site after the rehearsal
After practicing the ceremony, head over to the Brooder House for an intimate cottage rehearsal dinner.
5. Set-up time on Friday included in the rental agreement
Don’t pay extra for set-up time. Just come by between 11am-11pm the day before your nuptials to get things set up.
6. Clean up done on Sunday
You read that right. When the reception is over at 11pm, you and your guests can retire to the hotel of your choice. We’ll see you back at the barn at one on Sunday to finish clean-up.
7. BONUS- Wow your guests with a custom fireworks display!
We have all the know-how and licensing to do a grand fireworks display at the end of the night. Give guests a reason to stick around till the end, and go out with a bang!
