The Brooder House is beautifully adorned in grapevines and stone decor inside and out. This facility is perfect for smaller inside and larger outdoor gatherings. From rehearsal dinners to outdoor wedding reception parties, this space was made for times of gathering.

Overlooking our six-acre lake, the Brooder house features a non-smoking great room with fireplace, bar service, full kitchen and a handicap-accessible bathroom. Out back you’ll find a 20’ x 48’ deck with a fireplace and view of the lake, adjacent to the Grand Gazebo. In front, you’ll be delighted to find an extra-large courtyard with a rocked floor and a stone stage, electrical access and room for full-sized bands.
